Sold out three events at the Paramount Theatre that achieved 100% fundraising objectives, increased mailing list 125% and engaged multiple community organizations

The client, a local nonprofit, needed management for all aspects of important celebrity fundraising events. The primary goal was to raise funds and increase awareness while driving community involvement. 

We partnered with the Seattle Theatre Group (STG) and celebrities to develop and execute a plan. The project included promotion, talent management, media/PR, catering, after-parties, side-events and more. 

We delivered multiple events that included musical, comedic and inspirational stories to local audiences.  All events were sold out and achieved 100% of the fundraising objectives. We increased the client’s mailing list 125%, increased the clients local base of supporters and engaged multiple community organizations.
